We’re very pleased to welcome Krzysztof Wajrak to the BSH Recycling team as our new Transport Manager.

Krzysztof officially joined us on 16th June, bringing with him a wealth of experience in logistics, fleet coordination and transport operations. His journey into the world of movement and logistics began during an apprenticeship in his third year of university — and from that moment on, he never looked back.

With a strong track record that speaks for itself, Krzysztof was invited to work in the UK, where he has spent the past two decades honing his expertise with several leading logistics companies. Most notably, he spent nearly 15 years with Freshlinc in Spalding.

Now based at our Bourne HQ, Krzysztof is already making a positive impact across our fleet operations.

Outside of work, Krzysztof is a dedicated family man and a keen cook — and we’re certainly enjoying his legendary cheesecake, which has quickly become a firm favourite in the office. 😋

But be warned… he’s recently taken up making hot sauce in his spare time, so if you’re ever offered a taste test, make sure you’ve got some cold milk on standby! 🔥
